PAYMENT POLICY :

If the Buyer's credit card or debit card is declined, Mehrajcrafts will not process the Buyer’s order. In the event where Mehrajcrafts must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer must agree to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In any case you should require the order you placed to be cancelled, please email us at E-mail : help@Mehrajcrafts.com  as early as possible or within a maximum 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellation requests received after the order has been sent to production will be dealt on case by case basis and a refund cannot be promised always.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Mehraj Crafts offers "Hassle-free 14-days Return Policy!" Though we at Mehraj Crafts strive to give you a great shopping experience each time you shop with us, if in case you are not 100% satisfied with the trade, you can return your order for a full refund of the product's price. If a customer returns any product, he is responsible for the taxes paid to the government, any custom duty or any freight charges incurred.

We offer a full refund to buyers (deducting the suitable postage and handling charges) under the certain below mentioned conditions:

• We ensure that you get the completed product very close to what you have ordered. We offer a detailed preview option before you finalize each order.
• We assure you that you purchase any products directly from us and we will refund your purchase price within fourteen (14) calendar days of you notifying us in writing of your wish for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the Order Id and returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased that is in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Damaged, defective or soiled products will not be accepted. Mehraj Crafts will not be responsible for any damage caused in return transit of the product.
• Products on sale and custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returns may be accepted for store credit only. The store credit must be redeemed within 30 days of return processed. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.
• Refunds will be provided by us if and only if the product that is received by the buyer is completely different from what they have ordered.
• The returned product should reach us within 14 days of the placement of initial order.
• The postal charges for returning the product to will have to be paid by the buyer.
• Refunds will be entertained only if the product along with its packaging is returned to us in completeness and there are no signs of unlawful tampering.

• Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise/products are subject to inspection and checking by us.
• Damages due to ignorance, incorrect usage as already discussed will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
• Products ordered under Discount coupons and other promotional schemes may override "Mehraj Crafts 14 Days Returns Policy."
• Refund mode for Both Partial and Full Refunds is always the same as the payment source, i.e the payment mode/ account you paid from.
